Job Description:


We are seeking an ambitious Bid Writer to join our practice in London. This role involves collaborating with senior team members to produce high-quality bid documents, including PQQs, case studies, and newsletters. Additionally, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content for bids, presentations, and supporting documentation. Key responsibilities include monitoring tender portals, compiling bid documents, managing marketing collateral, and reviewing competition lists.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


To excel in this role, you must possess proven experience in bid writing within the architectural world, excellent writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong copywriting and copyediting abilities, as well as expertise in PowerPoint and InDesign, are essential. As a highly self-motivated and proactive individual, you should be able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
