Job Description:

Are you a natural people motivator with strong project planning skills and an exceptional attention to detail? Do you thrive in fast-paced office environments, managing multiple tasks while ensuring efficiency? As Sales Office Manager, you will take charge of the Sales Estimating and Project Scheduling team, ensuring smooth operations from customer enquiry through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* As Sales Office Manager, you will manage the team’s workflow, ensuring accuracy and timely execution from estimating to project close-out.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities.

* Lead by example, motivating the team and improving overall efficiency while adhering to proper processes.

* Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

* As Sales Office Manager, you will coordinate closely with Purchasing and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth handovers.

* Diagnose inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimise workflow.

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing or construction sectors.

* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage resources effectively.

* Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a team to success as Sales Office Manager.

* Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining and improving processes.

* Clear communication skills and the authority to lead teams confidently.
