Job Title: Headteachers PA
Location: SEN School, Newham
Employment Type: Full-Time – 8.30 – 4.30pm
Start Date: ASAP – Long term placement
Salary: £20 per hour PAYE

About the Role:
anzuk Education is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Headteachers PA to work in a lovely SEN school located in Newham. We are searching for a candidate who is transparent and hard-working with experience supporting Senior Leadership Teams in the UK and an Enhanced DBS on the update service. This is a long-term full-time role starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage calendars and diaries for the Senior Leadership Team

* Arrange internal and external meetings for the Senior Leadership Team

* Book travel and manage expenses for the Senior Leadership Team

* To act as first point of contact in dealing with complaints as appropriate

* Work with the Admissions Manager to manage admissions

* To assist, when necessary, in the organisation of whole school events; Celebration, Welcome and Open Evening, etc

* Have an in-depth knowledge of the general school operations, policies, procedures and processes

* Liaise with the School Governors ensuring they are kept informed of all school events

Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS on the update or be willing to apply for one at registration with anzuk

* Available ASAP for a full-time opportunity - We will accept candidates with a maximum of a two week notice period

* Minimum six months of experience working in a school in the UK as a PA/EA
