Rikama Education are working with a partner school in Lewisham where an opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and experienced Head teachers Personal Assistant (HPA) to support the Headteacher in a SEN school in Lewisham. If you're an efficient, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

As the PA to the Headteacher, you will:

Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Executive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
Manage the Executive Headteacher's complex diary, appointments, and scheduling.
Serve as the first point of contact for staff, parents, governors, and external agencies.
Coordinate meetings, events, and school business operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
Prepare and manage key documents, including meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
We are seeking an individual who:

Is exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Has experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within an educational setting.
Is proactive, resourceful, and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Has a flexible, team-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and respond to challenges quickly.
