About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our organisation, handling questions and concerns from the public in a friendly and supportive manner. You’ll have the opportunity to learn new processes, work to deadlines, and collaborate effectively both independently and within a team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Engaging with the public and addressing inquiries over the phone in a helpful and supportive manner.

* Gaining knowledge about our industry, including PCNs, ANPR, and relevant rules and regulations, through specialised training.

* Working diligently with a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to achieve required outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous office experience is essential.

* A proactive, confident, and personable attitude.

* A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.

What We Offer:

* Starting Pay: £25,000 per year, increasing to £27,500 after training and probation.

* Benefits: On-site parking and opportunities for growth and development.

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Full-time, Permanent).
