As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in the renewables sector, you will:

Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying client needs to closing deals.
Leverage existing business to grow accounts while proactively seeking new opportunities.
Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in the renewables space.
Play a key role in driving forward the recruitment strategies of top-tier renewable energy companies.What We're Looking For:

Experience in 360 recruitment (experience in renewables is a bonus but not essential).
Strong business development and client management skills.
A passion for sustainability and a desire to make an impact in the renewables industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
