The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team as a Client Engagement Manager. As a key member of our Technology Sector team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business and sales plans, providing expert advice to clients, and facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a desk in the Technology Market, specializing in Projects and Change and Infrastructure
  • Provide expert, specialist advice to clients on their recruitment needs
  • Develop and implement individual business and sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial consultation to placement
  • Lead by example through exceptional fee performance, activity, and attitude
  • Consistently develop market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on initiatives and projects to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position
  • Commercial, innovative, and ambitious mindset
