* Sales: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling company products/services over the phone.

* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

* Handling Objections: Address customer queries and overcome objections, aiming to close sales efficiently.

* Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, previously engaged customers, and past sales to maximize conversion.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a Broker postion, inside sales, or similar sales role.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

* Sales Ability: Strong sales acumen and a proven ability to close deals.

* Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and keep pushing towards achieving sales goals.

* Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.

* Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

* Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly, address customer concerns, and suggest appropriate solutions.

* Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
