ROLE: Business Development Manager / Fire & Security Systems Design and Sales Consultant

In this role, you will be responsible for securing profitable contracts for a leading Fire & Security Specialist, targeting a wide range of organizations and businesses.

Your key duties include cold calling, lead generation, and following up on inquiries to ensure a strong sales pipeline. You will also be involved in the design and tendering process for various systems.

Furthermore, you may deliver presentations, provide consultations, and present solution-based proposals to potential clients.

EXPERIENCE: Business Development Manager / Fire & Security Systems Design and Sales Consultant

You should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets in a similar new business role within the Fire & Security Systems sector, with strong expertise in system design and tendering.

Your background should include experience in sales, business development, and fire and security system design, along with a solid technical understanding of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Industry certifications such as FIA, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.

The role is primarily based in the London area. A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
