**What You Will Do:**

- Efficiently plan engineers' routing to prioritize visits, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, increasing customer loyalty and securing repeat business.

- Utilize your computer literacy to manage customer queries and transactions smoothly.

- Inform customers about additional products and services, enhancing their overall experience.

- Handle quotations and customer enquiries with precision and care.

- Coordinate the booking of relevant parts for jobs carried out, ensuring a seamless service process.

**What You Will Bring:**

- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a service advisor role, preferably within a related industry.

- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet customer expectations effectively.

**Location:**

This full-time role is based in a vibrant and accessible location, with the added benefit of free parking and a comfortable working environment. Monday to Thursday, 8.30am until 5.30pm, and Friday, 8.30am until 3.00pm, with a 1 in 3 weekend rota basis, working from home.
