Responsibilities:

Develop and align bid strategies with the Preconstruction Director to secure profitable orders and meet business bid targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and their representatives to ensure a clear understanding of their requirements.
Manage and uphold the approved bid budget effectively.
Lead the preparation, coordination, and delivery of customer presentations as required.
Oversee the establishment, development, and implementation of bid management processes, including:
Compilation of tender settlement documentation.
Creation of bid management plans and bid schedules.
Selection of major supply chain partners (when necessary).
Collaboration with supply chain members to formulate aspects of the bid offer.
Preparation of written technical, legal, and financial components of bids.
Maintenance of document control and clarification response records.
Documentation of meeting proceedings.
Conducting customer intelligence gathering.
Maintain thorough knowledge of tender requirements to ensure compliance with all bid deliverables.
Apply best practices and innovative solutions across bid processes within the business stream.
Lead Tender Settlement meetings to obtain necessary approvals.
Manage the handover of secured projects effectively.
Establish and maintain a Project Risk Register.Skills:

Degree-qualified.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Membership in a relevant professional body, such as RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, MICE, or MIStructE, is preferred.
Familiarity with estimating software.This role is suited for a proactive professional with a strategic mindset and a dedication to excellence in bid management and project handovers
