A well-respected and dedicated Construction Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Construction Project Manager to join their team in East London.

This role is a superb chance for a driven individual looking to make a significant impact in the Public Sector and Education realm, particularly in school projects.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:

Overseeing medium to large projects across the Public Sector and Education sector.
Managing all project stages from inception to completion, ensuring budget adherence.
Collaborating closely with senior staff, contributing to the growth and development of the department.
Progressing towards managing a team as the department expands.The Construction Project Manager

MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualifications (or actively working towards them).
A BSc/MSc degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Building Surveying.
Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor.
Experience in a Construction Consultancy, particularly with Public Sector projects.
A full driver's license.In Return?
