We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the successful delivery of a high-profile project, a high rise apartment block fit-out.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and supervise a team of subcontractors and tradespeople, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor progress, report on site performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in high rise projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands.
  • Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, etc.) are preferred.
