Our client, a leading firm in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team in Epsom and other locations. Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing complex civil engineering projects from conception through to completion
Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams
Designing and implementing effective engineering solutions in compliance with relevant standards
Overseeing project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery
Conducting site inspections and assessments as required
Mentoring and developing junior engineers
Ensuring all civil engineering work adheres to health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

Significant experience in civil engineering
Proven leadership and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using relevant civil engineering software and tools
Understanding of HTP sector-specific challenges and solutions
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
