Product Office Assistant
Salary: £30,000-£34,700 (DoE)
Hours: Mon-Friday (8:30am-16:30pm)

SmartPro are pleased to be recruiting for a global leader in manufacturing, seeking a Product Office Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in engineering or manufacturing to make a real impact.

Role Overview

As a Product Office Assistant, you will:

* Develop and maintain technical specifications and bills of materials for finished products.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support new product creation and provide production cost insights.

* Manage and update layouts, decorations, and technical details of finished products and their packaging.

* Build strong relationships with flexographers and printing suppliers.

* Collaborate with the Production Manager to enhance product quality, materials, and palletizing systems.

* Create and monitor production batches, ensuring efficient reporting and resource use.

About You

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

* Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.

* A relevant degree or equivalent experience.

* Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and lead within a team.
