Administrators – Office based 8-5 Monday to Friday

Maintenance within the social housing sector is a must

Due to growth within our clients business we have a great opportunity for an administrator to join our busy construction company.

The role will be a variance of but not limited to;

Monitoring and managing a busy mailbox, responding to all queries

Raising repairs orders on our Web-based system

Answering the phones and dealing with client queries

Allocating engineers to repairs based on skillset and geographical area

Issuing jobs to specialist contractors where required and monitoring the jobs through to completion

Administration tasks

Monitoring and managing the administration tasks for a job from start to finish.

We are looking for someone with a can do attitude to work with the want to learn new skills to develop further. The ability to work in a busy environment as part of a team and on your own.

The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, sociable, proactive, and a strong team member.

Full training will be provided.

Having worked within repairs and maintenance background would be a bonus, but not essential.
