Dunbar Education is seeking a committed and compassionate Support Worker/SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a small, specialist school environment supporting up to 8 male students, aged 11-18, with Autism. Community Integration: Students will be assisted in participating in activities within the community, fostering independence, social skills, and practical learning experiences outside the school setting.
Collaboration: Work alongside teachers, key workers, and families to meet each student's educational and emotional needs.
Safety and Well-being: Ensure that all safeguarding and health protocols are followed at all times, prioritising the safety and comfort of the students.
