Salary: £12.82 to £14.61 per hour dependant on your payroll choice at interview
Location: Shrewsbury and surrounding areas
Start Date: January start dates available
Hours: Flexible, no weekends typically an 8:30 – 3:30 day

As a Psychology Graduate you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them access their learning.
• Build trust and rapport with students to encourage confidence and engagement.
• Assist with break and lunch cover, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Create an engaging and productive learning atmosphere.
• Support students in recognizing and regulating their emotions.

What You Need to Succeed:
• A Psychology degree (or related field).
• A 10-year work or education history.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Two years of verifiable references.
• Access to your own vehicle is advantageous due to some rural school locations.
