Our mission is to reduce and eliminate homelessness in Greater Manchester and the Northwest by collaborating with local authorities and partners. We also provide a safe haven for vulnerable adults, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

* Work with external professionals to create and manage treatment plans for residents with physical and mental health conditions. Ensure all risk assessments and support needs are regularly reviewed and updated.
* Oversee the induction process, including ensuring housing benefit claims are completed swiftly and efficiently upon arrival.
* Lead the development and implementation of tailored, person-centered support plans that focus on achieving positive outcomes and safe exits for residents.
* Facilitate a collaborative approach to care, working with external services such as mental health, substance misuse, and probation services to provide holistic support.
