You'll handle the full end-to-end payroll process, including:

* Handling statutory payments (SSP, parental leave, etc.) and third-party deductions (e.g., DEAs, court orders).
* Managing HMRC downloads, RTI submissions, tax code updates, and student loan deductions.
* Preparing payroll reports and ensuring compliance with NMW and HMRC regulations.
* Assisting with pension administration and manual payment processing.
* Collaborating with HR and payroll teams to resolve queries and support payroll reviews.

What you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll, with end-to-end processing expertise.
* Proficient in payroll software, Excel (including VLOOKUPs), and manual tax calculations.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads in high-pressure environments.
