The Role:
We are currently looking for confident, enthusiastic, and skilled GCSE Tutors to join our growing team in Gateshead. As a tutor, you will provide high-quality, one-to-one support to students, ensuring they excel in their GCSE subjects. You’ll play a key role in guiding students through challenging topics, improving their academic performance, and boosting their confidence in learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver focused, personalised tuition across various GCSE subjects, ensuring students grasp core concepts.
Design engaging, interactive lesson plans that adapt to individual learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting your approach to meet their evolving needs.
Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that motivates students to achieve academic success.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and areas for improvement.What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum across key subjects.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive, impactful relationships with students.
A passion for helping students succeed and confidence in teaching up to GCSE level.Preferred Experience:

Experience working with KS3 and KS4 students.
Proven success in helping students achieve academic goals through one-on-one tutoring.
