Join this passionate and innovative team committed to providing top-quality residential care for children aged 8-17, facing emotional and behavioural challenges. As the Registered Manager, you'll have the opportunity to steer our cutting-edge children's home, moulding it to your vision and assembling a team that aligns with your management style.

Located in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England, a town known for its industrial heritage, connections to George Eliot, and vibrant community spirit, the home offers convenient transport links, including a railway station connecting it to major cities like Birmingham and London, and easy access to the M6 motorway.

Company Overview:
You'll receive support from an experienced director dedicated to fostering your career growth, with plans to open additional children's homes in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Provide guidance and support to staff members to uphold the highest standards of care for the children.
Play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance team skills.
To Apply:

You should possess a Level 3 Children's Residential Qualification and ideally hold the Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent, with at least 2 years of management experience in a children's residential setting.
