**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage daily activities and routines in the nursery
- Implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents to support their child's learning and development
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and incidents
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the nursery environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
**Skills**:
- Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of nursery practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Proficient in English language
- Leadership qualities to guide and motivate colleagues
