What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: Must be electrically qualified.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs

* Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance

* Oversee generators and plant rooms

* Maintain AHUs and FCUs

* HV & LV switching

Qualifications & Experience:

* Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (17th Edition & Level 3 Electrical Installations required)

* HVAP (Desired but not essential)

* 3+ years of experience in Building Services and critical environments

* Proven track record in data centres

* Strong communication skills and client-facing experience

* Expertise in Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, HVAC, Maintenance, Engineering, and Mechanical Facilities
