An exciting opportunity for well-presented Estate Agency Sales Negotiator who is articulate, well-spoken and keen to develop a career in the property industry.

The role involves being at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious person who is looking to build a career in the property industry.

Your role will involve talking to potential buyers, arranging property viewings, conducting negotiations and following up the sale through to completion.

The Company: Our client is a highly professional independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation, a well-known brand, and offices in the Horsham & Haywards Heath area.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include: 

Previous Estate Agency sales experience essential
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Horsham area helpful
Full UK Driving License and own car
A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
