Sales Negotiator Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Ad Warrior Careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompanied viewings with prospective buyers
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers & vendors
  • Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
  • Following up enquiries
  • Taking photos and/or videos of property for portals and social media
  • Recording and relaying offers to vendors
  • Valuing properties
  • Cross selling opportunities
  • Working as part of our friendly Sales team and covering other consultants if required

Requirements:

  • Driving Licence required
  • No experience necessary, although Sales or customer service is preferred
  • Good standard of spoken & written English
  • Computer literate
