What You Will Do:

Support the design and development of specific powertrain components, ensuring they meet performance, durability, and cost requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in powertrain integration or component performance.
Work closely with the Design Engineering Team and the Packaging Team to specify and design powertrain sub systems and components.
Manage tasks with design and project engineering support within the powertrain team.
Liaise with suppliers to supply parts to internally developed specifications and designs.
Support the testing and validation activities, ensuring components function reliably under different conditions.
What You Will Bring:

An Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
Experience in the design and development of one or more major powertrain components or systems (Exhaust, Cooling, Fuel, Driveline, Air Intake, Axels, etc.) 
Strong understanding of DVPs, FMEAs, and Test and Validation procedures.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage suppliers.
A positive attitude towards learning, improvement, and teamwork.
