Job Title: Housing Assistants
Location: North East England and Yorkshire

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Housing Assistants to support their mission of providing safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes for their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Housing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of high-quality housing services, including:
Conducting estate inspections to ensure properties and communities are well-maintained.
Overseeing property management tasks, addressing maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with housing standards.
Managing allocations to help individuals and families find suitable housing.
Handling tenancy concerns and providing advice to customers on sustaining their tenancies.
Supporting customer engagement to foster vibrant and cohesive communities.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in estate inspections, property management, and allocations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with and support diverse customer needs.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.
Knowledge of housing policies and procedures is desirable but not essential.
