Rehabilitation Case Manager

Full time, permanent role
Location: Remote with occasional travel
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist, Nurse or Physiotherapist?

Our client is looking to recruit either a qualified Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Nurse to carefully manage individuals with multi-trauma injuries.

This position is based in the Midlands but offer a remote position with occasional travel around this area approximately 3-4 times per month, depending on the number of referrals received.

If you are an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Nurse looking for a remote position with occasional travel, then this is the position for you

Case Management for multi-trauma injuries will require experience in the following areas:

Musculoskeletal injury
Psychological injury
Complex orthopaedics
Chronic pain
Burns
Orthopaedic spinal injuriesAre you a qualified Occupational Therapist, Nurse or Physiotherapist looking for your next role within case management?

You will be required to have the following:

A clear focus on results and rehabilitation
To be focussed on facilitating efficient and effective outcomes that provide an injured person with the most optimal rehabilitation possible
To make sure the management of every case is overseen by experienced people with the necessary skills and expertise to help to streamline processes, reduce stress on the injured person
To ensure that every step of a rehabilitation journey is tailored to individual needsWhat's on offer:
