Overview:
The Customer Retention Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the company's customer loyalty program. This position will focus on driving customer retention, increasing customer lifetime value, and supporting the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage loyalty initiatives, including the company's loyalty program and other customer retention strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure consistent program execution across all channels.
Analyse customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise the loyalty program.
Develop and manage the loyalty program budget and track performance against key metrics.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer loyalty.Qualifications and must-haves:
Proven experience in loyalty management.
CRM experience is essential.
Loyalty strategy and facilitating loyal programmes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
