Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an Customer Account Manager to work Monday to Friday 08.30-5pm and every other Saturday until 12.00.

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in customer care, whether that be through sales, retail background, account management , or hospitality.

The applicant must be reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to go that extra mile This is a newly-created role.

You will be trained and supported by other long term individuals within the business.

Responsibilities of the role will include after training:

* Dealing confidently with clients both face-to-face and over the phone, handling enquiries and quotations
* Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships, with all around you
* Handling referrals, inbound enquiries and ensuring you maximise customer spend by doing what's right for the customer but mentioning add-ons
* Working on commercial projects as a team

Role requirements:

* Customer-focused
* We are looking for someone with a real "can-do" attitude, we will give you all the training and development you require
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability to up-sell or cross-sell
* Ambitious growth plans, so prospects for career progression are excellent and your contribution will be fully acknowledged and rewarded

You may currently be working in a customer care role and are now looking for a new career.

Workshops, coaching and will support you through industry qualifications.

Monday - Friday and every other Saturday morning 9am - 12.00 position available.
