Sales Executive

Location - Northampton 

Hours – Fulltime

Salary – DOE, competitive

As a Leasing Sales Executive, you will be a crucial player in our client sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and providing expert advice on vehicle leasing options. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the leasing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Develop and present tailored leasing solutions that meet client needs and budget requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering professional advice.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Provide insights and feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.
Prepare and review leasing contracts and agreements, ensuring all legal and company policies are followed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales reports.The Candidate

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the vehicle leasing or automotive industry.
Background in Automotive or Finance sales desirable. 
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Valid driver’s license
