IT Operations Lead

Location: Leeds (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

We're working with an ambitious Leeds-based company to oversee their IT strategy, infrastructure, and day-to-day operations. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact and play a key role in driving innovation as the organization scales.

This is a hands-on position, perfect for someone who thrives on variety-whether it's setting up new users, managing suppliers, or steering critical IT projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing hands-on support to a growing user base of 100.
Managing IT systems, including hardware, software, and security.
Leading system upgrades, maintenance, and new technology projects.
Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Ensuring data protection, network security, and cyber resilience, alongside user training.
Handling basic database administration and creating custom reports.
Supporting CRM and ERP systems.
Shaping the IT strategy and scaling the IT function, including in-house team development and supplier optimization.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as 3rd line support , with strong technical knowledge in networks, system management, and data governance.
Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems (SugarCRM & SAGE are a plus).
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse challenges.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for continuous improvement.
