With a minimum one year’s experience in personal lines insurance, you’ll join a highly skilled and supportive team within a thriving and fast-growing business specialising in luxury car and home insurance. 

The New Business Account Executive position has become available, due to an internal promotion. You will work with warm new business leads; the successful candidates will bring a proven ability to forge and enhance relationships with multiple branch dealerships involving the world’s most aspirational car brands. 

Leveraging these relationships, you’ll develop qualified leads, as well as nurturing your growing rapport with dealerships and sales consultants to foster new referrals.

You’ll also have the chance to help cross-sell a growing aspect of the business specialising in UHNW/HNW home insurance.

The role will best suit highly self-motivated, naturally driven insurance professional who works as brilliantly autonomously as with a team. With significant flexi-working on offer, you’ll enjoy exceptional flexibility and free rein in managing your own diary and attending office meetings once or twice a week.

Ideally, candidates should be experienced using Acturis systems, with some experience of working with ultra-high-net-worth or high-net-worth clients as an Insurance Account Executive/broker. However, If you don’t have this precise experience but personal lines experience and great potential, you will get excellent support to grow into the role, including a solid career development plan.

To be successful, you’ll need to bring the outstanding communication skills, polished delivery, and client-focused service ethos that the company’s discerning and demanding high-end client base expects. The attractive starting salary ranges are flexible (DOE) plus a quarterly commission bonus on realistic KPIs being achieved + benefits.
