Are you passionate about coordinating training programmes and ensuring compliance? We have a fantastic temporary position available for a Training Co-ordinator Join our client, a leading player in the Logistics industry, and make a difference in their training department. 💼

🎯 Job Objective:

As a Training Co-ordinator, your main objective will be to provide administrative support to the training department. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate training records and coordinating internal and external training courses. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial to ensure compliance and smooth operations. 📝

🔍 Your Responsibilities:

✅ Review and streamline existing processes for training record retention

✅ Collaborate with HR and the Training Team to schedule and plan training activities

✅ Keep in touch with management to ensure staff availability for training

✅ Explore continuous improvement methods to enhance departmental efficiency

✅ Act as a point of contact for training materials and guidelines

✅ Assist in monthly training reporting statistics

✅ Communicate regularly with the HR team to implement and maintain an induction process

✅ Coordinate and plan First Aid, Airside Transport, and Landside Transport training

✅ Manage and distribute training invitations

✅ Review training records to ensure compliance with auditing requirements
