Fox Morris are working with London Borough of Hillingdon Council in relations to finding a **Triage Officer** to start work ASAP
**Responsibilities**
- To provide a critical role as the first point of contact for families and professionals who contact the service regarding early help and family support or to report safeguarding concerns during officer hours as well as out of hours. This involves ensuring quality in early help assessments, dealing with complex anonymous referrals, requests for assistance from families with no recourse to public funds, unaccompanied asylum seeking children and capturing detailed and accurate information in order to protect a child or safeguard an adult that may be at risk of harm.
- To work as part of the Mash team, as the first point of contact for families and professionals who contact the Department requesting a service from Children & Families Services as well as adult social care out of hours
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £18.82-£23.42 per hour
**Experience**:
- Triage Officer/Triage Coordinator/Triage Co-ordinator: 1 year (required)
- Residents/Safeguarding/MASH: 1 year (required)
- Civica/Northgate/Impulse/ONYX: 1 year (preferred)
- Borough Of/Councils/Council/Local Authority: 1 year (required)
