In this role, the successful IT Support specialist will be responsible for managing ServiceDesk priorities, meeting colleague's expectations and working to deadlines as well as maintaining IT infrastructure and network security across all UK sites.

The ideal 2nd line IT Support specialist would be local to Kidderminster and keen to work in an internal IT support for a global supplier to the automotive OEM industry.

The Role:

Responsible for managing ServiceDesk priorities, meeting colleague's expectations and working to deadlines.
Maintain IT infrastructure and network security across all UK sites
Administer and manage notebooks, desktops, servers, and infrastructure
Problem solve complex issues that may arise through to solutionThe Person:
