SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Portishead, BS20

Salary: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An experienced and well organised Sales Support Coordinator is needed in the Portishead area. This is to work with a smart Estate Agency who have an excellent local reputation.

Previous experience as an Estate Agent Branch / Sales Administrator is absolutely essential because the role is to support a busy team and it will mean jumping straight in

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in office administration and also have experience in Estate Agency and preferential consideration will be given to candidates with both property sales and lettings experience.

You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and have excellent computer skills – Good on the phone and great with people

You will need to be a confident working within a busy sales & new homes team as well as working on your own initiative.

Skills: The skills required for thisSales Support Coordinator role will include:

Previous experience in as a Sales Coordinator / Administrator
Good understanding Sales process
Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Excellent telephone manner
Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
