Opportunities for continuous professional development and career growth.As the Senior Recovery Nurse/Practitioner your responsibilities will include:
Deputising in the absence of the Lead Practitioner.
Assisting in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Ensuring high clinical standards and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Managing operating lists, staff skills, and equipment.
Maintaining equipment and contributing to budget management.
Training and orientating new staff, including bank, agency, and students.
Participating in incident investigations and quality audits.Package and Benefits:

Registered NMC/HCPC status.
A degree and considerable further professional development.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in an operating theatre setting.
Evidence of clinical reasoning skills across varied patient case mixes.
An ILS/ALS qualification or working towards.If you are have worked as in roles such as Deputy Recovery Practitioner, Recovery Nurse, PACU Nurse, Operating Theatre Nurse, or ODP, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
