About the role:
Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to inspire young learners in a nurturing environment? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join our one-form entry primary school in Cheshunt. Here, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, calm, and stimulating atmosphere where pupils are happy and excited to learn. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and varied curriculum that fosters curiosity and supports children’s holistic development.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in early years education.
• A passion for working with young children and fostering their love for learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that inspire creativity and critical thinking.
• Creating a safe, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
• Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
• Collaborating with our dedicated early years team to ensure the highest standards of education.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to build strong partnerships in their child’s learning journey.
