About the role:
Are you a passionate Early Years Teacher looking to inspire young minds in a nurturing environment? We invite you to join our wonderful 3-form entry school in Cheshunt, where our dedicated staff fosters a happy, vibrant, and diverse community. With beautiful classrooms designed to spark creativity and curiosity, this is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the early development of our children, ensuring they thrive both academically and emotionally. As an EYFS Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the first educational experiences of our youngest learners. You will create engaging and stimulating lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of the children in your care. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in teaching within the EYFS framework.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Foster a love for learning through engaging activities that promote curiosity and exploration.
• Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing feedback and support tailored to their individual needs.
• Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive teaching environment.
