They operate rehabilitation centres, hospitals, and supported living facilities that are tailored to each individual’s needs. You’ll be working as part of a compassionate multidisciplinary team, where every day presents the chance to make a profound difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of people with complex mental and physical health needs.
Develop and implement communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.
Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic, person-centred care.
Supervise junior team members, volunteers, and students.
Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for those in your care.
What We’re Looking For:

At least one year of experience in managing dysphagia.
Ability to work autonomously while managing a diverse caseload.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and relevant assessment tools.
