Job Title: Speech & Language Therapist

Location: Lancashire

Salary: £43,500 - £49,100 per annum (DOE)

Hours: 37.5 per week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of people with complex mental and physical health needs.

2. Develop and implement communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.

3. Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic, person-centred care.

4. Supervise junior team members, volunteers, and students.

5. Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for those in your care.
