As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
Implementing quality assurance initiatives
Maintaining standards with regulators and local authorities
Managing day-to-day operations and care for service users
Ensuring Information Governance compliance
Leading staff to deliver high-quality care
Managing resources and occupancy
Adhering to regulatory requirements
Conducting staff training and performance appraisals
Maintaining care plans and ensuring user needs are met
Complying with legal and safety standards
Promoting a positive environment and handling complaints
Managing financial and administrative tasks
