TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in the outskirts of Bristol, who are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant / HLTA. Every member of the school team believes passionately that every child deserves excellence each and every day. Through prioritising relationships and getting to really know our children, they are able to understand them as unique individuals, ensuring the curriculum and teaching is well-matched to their needs.

The school is looking to take on a driven Higher Level Teaching Assistant / HLTA on a long-term basis, leading to a permanent position for the right Higher Level Teaching Assistant / HLTA. The successful applicant will be working across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The Senior Leadership Team are dedicated to ensure the successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant / HLTA will be supported and developed from day one.

The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant / HLTA will have:

Primary teaching experience in the UK
Excellent classroom management
