Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of contract management, including negotiations, risk assessments, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Identify risks and potential issues in contracts, providing proactive solutions and advice.
Manage contract variations, claims, and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all documentation is in line with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in contract management within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of contract law and industry-standard contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT, FIDIC).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in law, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIPS).
Experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
