This is an instrumental role that will help drive strategic initiatives alongside optimising processes to ensure a continuous improvement culture is met throughout the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead & mentor a team of regional project managers
  2. Implement strategies to optimise processes and improve efficiency
  3. Ensure that all health and safety compliance is met
  4. Coordinate resource allocation across the business to meet project demands
  5. Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in managing large project management teams
  2. Ability to travel to different depots and sites across the country
  3. Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation
