The Role

SMART Education is recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to support a large secondary academy in Evesham. These positions are available immediately and offer both full-time and day-to-day work options through the academic year.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a focused and productive learning environment.
Manage classroom behavior confidently, maintaining high standards of engagement.
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, supporting students’ academic progress.The academy values creativity and collaboration, believing that every child deserves an education tailored to their well-being and success. If you share this ethos, we want to hear from you

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a secondary school setting, supervising whole classes.
Skills: Strong behavior management and the ability to engage students effectively.
Safeguarding: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

Benefits

Competitive Pay: £85.23–£105.26 per day.
