Purpose of the role:
To support the Regional Manager and wider team of Boxer colleagues on a day-to-day basis on behalf of Boxer Facilities Management.

Keeping our customers delighted with our service standards, by recruiting and developing the right people to fit our business aims.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Be familiar with the requirements of each of the Contracts that you and your Line Manager look after
- Understand each operatives’ daily duties, and work schedules
- Assist your line manager with the deployment or redeployment of Boxer operatives, to include cleaning cover and annual leave.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to Management requests, particularly in relation to achieving standards on site and audit feedback.
- Be an ambassador for Boxer FM at all times,
- This role will be the eyes and ears for the Regional Manager, reporting any issues immediately to the appropriate person within Boxer

- give relevant training and induction to keep colleagues and others safe from harm

The above list is not exhaustive, in addition to the above you will be given specific daily practical tasks to complete by Boxer management. From time to time you may be required to undertake other work as directed by your Line Manager or Senior Manager of the company.

**Summary**

This person will work as part of the wider Boxer Team to ensure that customers are delighted with the service that they receive, and that the service they receive is inline with the SLA’s/Contracts signed and agreed.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
