Job Title: Commissioning Manager
Location: Central London (Reporting to London Office)
Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 (DOE) + Package

Role Overview:
As a Commissioning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful commissioning and handover of residential projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire commissioning process from design through to completion, ensuring that all building services and systems are fully operational, meet client specifications and comply with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the commissioning process across multiple residential projects in central London.
* Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure commissioning programs are met.
* Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures and schedules.
* Coordinate and supervise the testing and commissioning of building services, including mechanical, electrical and public health systems.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout the commissioning process.
* Conduct regular site inspections and performance tests to ensure all systems meet the required standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any commissioning issues that arise, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
* Maintain comprehensive commissioning documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide support and guidance to junior team members and act as the main point of contact for all commissioning-related queries.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager within the M&E or building services sector.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly within residential projects.
* Experience with Modern Methods of Construction and digital engineering is highly desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations and health and safety requirements.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., HND, HNC, or degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
Location:
While the company’s head office is based in Essex, this role will involve working on various residential projects across central London, with regular reporting to their London office.
